My tracking shows no information
It is normal for tracking information to take between 24 and 72 hours to appear in the carrier's system.
If your order was shipped more than 7 business days ago and no information is available, please contact us.
Will my order be sent in multiple packages?

Therefore, your order may arrive in multiple packages and on different dates.
