Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within a few business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or received in error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the product concerned.

We will work with you to find an appropriate solution, including a replacement or refund if necessary.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests may be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the standard return procedure.
