📋 Questions About Your Order

❌ Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellations are possible within 24 hours of purchase, provided that your order has not yet been shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. However, you may request a return once you have received your package.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Delivery times are typically between 5 and 10 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

📦 My package is marked as delivered, but I haven't received it.

We recommend checking with your neighbors, building concierge, or local post office.
